Co-founder & Chairman of Samala and one of Indonesia's most prominent public figures, entrepreneurs, and investors. He built ReCapital and Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) one of Indonesia's largest publicly listed investment holding companies, with US$3+ billion in assets under management and a portfolio market value of ~US$21 billion.

Beyond his investment track record, Pak Sandiaga also took public official roles as Vice Governor of Jakarta (2017-2018) and as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (2020-2024).

Co-founder & CEO of Samala, a seasoned entrepreneur with 20+ years of zero to one founding and operating experience across companies with accumulated revenues of US$100+ million.

He founded cutting edge manufacturer DSI Laser International Indonesia in 2005 and built it from the ground up, then co-founded Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (ELIT), scaling it hands on from an early stage into an IDX listed IT services leader serving 200+ government and enterprise clients and expanding operations into Malaysia and the US.
